1. What you are buying
PRODVIA Studio sells digital goods: prompt packs, template systems, workflow documents, LUTs and overlay footage. You are buying a licence to use these materials, not ownership of them.

Terms of Service
These terms govern your purchase and use of PRODVIA Studio digital products. Buying a pack means you accept them.

2. Licence
Each purchase grants one brand or studio a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence. You may use the materials, and anything you generate with them, in paid advertising, organic social, marketplace listings, websites and client deliverables.
3. What the licence does not allow
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish the source files themselves; include them in a competing prompt, template or asset product; or share your account access. Generated output is yours; the source materials are not.
4. Delivery and refunds
Products are delivered instantly on payment and remain available in your account library. Because delivery is immediate and irreversible, purchases are non-refundable once downloaded, except where a statutory right applies or the product is materially defective. Write to us and we will make it right.
5. Third-party AI models
Our materials are designed to run on third-party generation services. You are responsible for holding a valid subscription to those services and for complying with their terms. We do not control their output, availability, pricing or content policies.
6. Your content
You keep all rights to the product images and brand assets you supply. We claim no licence over them and do not use them to train anything.
7. Updates
Updates to a pack you own are provided free of charge for the life of that pack. We may retire a pack from sale; that does not affect your access to it.
8. Liability
The materials are provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
